Greyhound Lines

We helped Greyhound by implementing an SOA-enabled Service Layer API for their web, mobile, terminal kiosks and partner sales channels. Utilizing SoftwareAG's webMethods integration platform, we eliminated multiple service layers with a single common API for all sales services, reducing complexity and providing for a common interface for integrating Greyhound's backend systems.

First Interstate Bank

We engaged with First Interstate's CIO and leadership to perform an assessment of their IT department. Following an exhaustive engagement at all levels of the organization, 211 recommended a number of organizational changes, and implementation of foundational IT capabilities.

Our team led First Interstate's IT leadership in the implementation of a PMO, inclusive of process development and training, as well as an Enterprise Architecture capability; a critical success factor. Finally, we prototyped a Customer Data Integration system, illustrating how First Interstate's operations team could get a 360-degree view of their customer, allowing for better engagement.

Amtrak

Our team led the migration of mission-critical enterprise applications from an aging data center into two state-of-the-art facilities. When 211 was engaged, the project was significantly delayed and over-budget.

Coordinating efforts between 5 separate vendors to stay on track, ensuring enterprise applications were in compliance with the new reference architecture, we saved Amtrak from a looming deadline by maintaining their tight schedule, ultimately saving them money and increasing the reliability of their infrastructure.
